Warranty

1-year limited warranty.

Every HydroBlast HB-1 is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the date the carrier marks your order as delivered. This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect them.

1. Who provides this warranty

This warranty is provided by HydroBlast LLC, with a principal address at 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. It applies to the original end-user purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What is covered

We cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, including:

  • Brushless DC motor and pump assembly
  • Battery cells and battery management electronics
  • Trigger switch, control board, and charging circuit
  • Housing, frame, and structural plastics
  • Included nozzles, foam reservoir, brush attachment, and intake hose

3. What is not covered

  • Normal wear: surface scratches, scuffs, fading, and consumable wear on nozzle seals, O-rings, and brush bristles
  • Accidental damage, including drops onto hard surfaces from above six feet
  • Damage from operation outside the published operating temperature range (34 °F – 104 °F)
  • Damage from inlet water temperature exceeding 104 °F or from running the unit dry
  • Damage from freezing — please drain the unit before storing below 34 °F
  • Damage from chemicals other than mild detergents (for example, bleach, solvents, or automotive coolants)
  • Damage from unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair
  • Units used in a commercial or rental setting
  • Units purchased second-hand or from an unauthorized reseller

4. How to make a warranty claim

Email support@hydroblast.com with:

  • Your order number or other proof of purchase
  • A short description of the issue
  • One or two photos, or a short video, if the issue is visible

We’ll respond within one business day. If the claim is approved, we’ll send a prepaid US shipping label and choose one of the following remedies, at our discretion:

  • Free repair of the unit
  • Replacement of the failed component (for example, the battery or a nozzle)
  • Full replacement of the unit with the same model

Repaired or replaced units carry the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

5. Registration is optional

You do not need to register your product. Your order receipt is your proof of purchase. If you no longer have your receipt, we can usually locate your order from your email address or shipping address.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HydroBlast LLC’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product as described above. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including damage to property, loss of use, or loss of time. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
