Will it run from a bucket if I don't have a garden hose nearby?
Yes. The included 20-ft. self-priming intake hose draws from any open container of fresh water — bucket, rain barrel, or large basin. There is no separate accessory to buy.
How does it compare to a corded electric or gas pressure washer?
HydroBlast operates at up to 870 PSI, which suits everyday residential cleaning — driveways, patios, decks, vehicles, outdoor furniture. Heavy commercial jobs (e.g., paint stripping, deep concrete restoration) are outside its design range; a corded electric (1,500–2,000 PSI) or gas washer is a better fit there.
What is the warranty and how do I make a claim?
Every unit is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Email support@hydroblast.com with your order number and a short description; we'll arrange a free repair or replacement if the unit qualifies. Full terms are on the warranty page.
Can I return it if it's not what I expected?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Unused or lightly used units qualify for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping details are on the returns page.
Where does it ship from, and how long does shipping take?
Orders ship from a US fulfillment center, typically within one business day. Standard US delivery is 3–7 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as your label is generated.
