These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of gethydroblast.com and any purchases you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Acceptance and who we are

The website and the HydroBlast brand are operated by HydroBlast LLC, a limited liability company with a principal address at 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Using the site, creating an account, or placing an order all count as acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to form a binding contract under United States law to place an order. We currently ship only within the United States. By submitting an order you represent that you meet these requirements and that the billing and shipping information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts and orders

You may place an order as a guest or with an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity on the account. Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, that violate these Terms, or that exceed reasonable household-use quantities.

4. Pricing and taxes

All prices are shown in US dollars. The current price of the HydroBlast HB-1 is $89. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We try to keep prices accurate, but errors do occasionally happen — if we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before charging or shipping, and you can either confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the displayed amount, including any applicable taxes, to the payment method you select. We do not store full card numbers — see our privacy policy for details.

6. Shipping, returns, and warranty

Shipping, returns, and warranty are governed by separate policies, which are part of these Terms by reference:

7. Product use and safety

The HydroBlast HB-1 is designed for residential outdoor cleaning. To use it safely and within warranty:

  • Read the quick-start guide before first use
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye protection and closed-toe shoes
  • Do not use the unit with inlet water above 104 °F — it is not designed for hot water
  • Do not point the spray at people, pets, electrical equipment, or yourself
  • Do not use the product in a commercial pressure-washing service or in any rental setting
  • Follow the cleaning, storage, and freeze-prevention instructions in the documentation

8. Intellectual property

The HydroBlast name, logo, product designs, and all content on this site (including text, photography, and code) are owned by HydroBlast LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the site content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. User content

If you send us photos, videos, reviews, or other content (for example, with a warranty claim or product review), you grant HydroBlast LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content in connection with our products and marketing, with attribution where reasonable. You represent that the content is yours to share and does not violate anyone else’s rights.

10. Prohibited uses

You agree not to: (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, account, or system; (c) interfere with the operation of the site, including with bots, scrapers, or denial-of-service techniques; (d) submit false information, including stolen payment credentials; or (e) resell our products outside of authorized channels.

11. Disclaimers

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Except for the express warranty set out in the limited warranty and any statutory rights you have as a consumer, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The HydroBlast HB-1 is designed for residential outdoor cleaning within the published operating range. Use outside that range, or use on surfaces or materials not listed in the product documentation, may damage the unit or the surface and is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HydroBlast LLC’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the site, or your use of the product is capped at the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of data, or property damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HydroBlast LLC and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or product.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

15. Dispute resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@hydroblast.com and give us thirty (30) days to attempt to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot reach resolution, any dispute that cannot be brought in small-claims court will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered in Sheridan County, Wyoming, under the consumer arbitration rules of a recognized arbitration provider. The arbitrator may award the same relief that a court could award on an individual basis.

You and HydroBlast LLC agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from filing a claim in small-claims court for any matter that qualifies, or from seeking injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual-property rights.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and HydroBlast LLC regarding your use of the site and any purchase you make through it.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision is acceptance of the updated Terms.
