Shipping policy.
Every US order ships free, with no minimum. Orders leave our US fulfillment center within one business day, and standard delivery is 3–7 business days. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your label is generated.

1. Where we ship
We ship within the United States only.
- Lower 48 states and the District of Columbia: free standard shipping
- Alaska and Hawaii: free standard shipping with longer delivery windows (see below)
- APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses: free standard shipping
We do not currently ship to US territories or to international addresses. If you’d like to be notified when we expand, email support@hydroblast.com.
2. Processing time
Orders are released to our fulfillment center as soon as payment is authorized and typically ship within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays ship on the next business day.
3. Carrier and delivery time
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, chosen automatically based on package weight and destination ZIP code. Typical delivery windows from ship date:
- Lower 48 states: 3–7 business days
- Alaska and Hawaii: 5–10 business days, with possible carrier surcharges quoted at checkout if applicable
- APO / FPO / DPO: 10–21 business days, carrier-dependent
These windows reflect typical carrier performance. We do not guarantee a specific delivery date for standard shipping.
4. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to the address on your order as soon as a shipping label is generated. If you don’t see tracking movement after three business days, email us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
5. PO boxes
We do not ship to PO boxes for this product. The shipping carton is too large for most PO box openings and our carriers will not accept it. Please use a street address, an APO/FPO/DPO box, or a parcel-locker service.
6. Address changes
If you need to change the shipping address on an order, contact support within one hour of placing the order. We’ll do our best to update it before the label is cut, but once the carrier scans the package, the address can’t be changed mid-transit. After that point, the package has to return to us before we can re-ship.
7. Lost or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, please wait 48 hours (carriers occasionally mark packages early) and then contact us. We’ll file a carrier claim on your behalf and, if the claim is approved or the package is confirmed lost, ship a replacement at no charge. Damaged packages should be reported within 14 days of delivery with one or two photos so we can file a claim.
8. Expedited shipping
Need it faster than standard? Email us before placing your order and we’ll arrange 2-day or overnight service at the carrier’s current rate.
9. Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local rates. The displayed tax is the final amount you’ll be charged.
